To register in the B2B panel, click the "Register" icon at the top of the page. After completing the form containing basic company data, including address details and VAT number, wait for registration confirmation, which you should receive within 24 hours.

The minimum net order value is 2 000,00 EUR net. For the first order, the minimum amount can be adjusted to customer’s needs.

The prices provided in the offers do not include the VAT.

We offer simple and transparent terms of cooperation, and therefore we do not require customers to conclude long-term contracts with imposed purchasing goals that determine the amount of discounts granted.

The only form of payment is a bank transfer received before the order is shipped.

The product price depends on the value of the order placed, and this value is defined by several purchasing thresholds. Details regarding the purchasing thresholds can be obtained from your sales representative.

If you wish to purchase a product that is not currently on offer, it is possible to order such a product upon individual request.

We deliver our orders anywhere in the world.

The shipments are secured in a way that guarantees safety of even the most valuable orders. Each transport is insured against accident, theft or any other random incident. Before shipping, customers receive photos and information about the dimensions and the weight of the shipment. Also, the process of packing the orders is always recorded by CCTV cameras. This way, when receiving the shipment, you can check whether it arrived in the same condition as it was sent. In case of any doubts, please draw up a report with the carrier, which is required for us to claim compensation in the event of any shortage or damage of goods.

Parcels up to 30kg/66lb are sent with UPS. Pallet orders are carried out by SUUS, DACHSER and RABEN, and sea containers are sent with MAINFREIGHT or ASL.
